PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!

COPYRIGHT
- My watermark is to stay intact AT ALL TIMES.
- None of my work is to be reposted without any credits/edited/traced/AI trained/NFT etc.
- You can NOT claim any commissions as your own work!
- I am allowed to repost any commissions and promote them myself unless you pay the privacy fee.
- You CAN repost your commissioned piece and have personal use ONLY with credits aka my username mentioned (@geri.0821)
- I have the rights to decline your request if I believe I am not suited to fulfill it as per your needs or if it makes me uncomfortable.
- I can only accept commissions according to my abilities as an artist and my style!
I, Gergana Koleva, the artist, declare full honesty and transparency when working with me. Both parties are protected.WORK PROCESS
- Must check "Order Form" and send all the info to me using that format by email only.
- Once you have done that, you will get a response within 24 hours if I will take on your request. If yes and both parties are happy, payments and any further private details will be discussed over that email.
- I will email you once I've confirmed and started your commission so please keep an eye out!
- You will receive your rough drafts/sketches (which will always have my watermark) either as soon as a week or longer depending on the type of commission planning needed. We will discuss all revisions and changes then, as this is the crucial part!
- Feel free to ask me kindly in moderation for updates! I will make sure to send you ASAP over email! I will give you any reassurance you need.
- Major revisions can ONLY be done in the sketch/draft phase. I will not fix anything after full work is done unless you state you want changes beforehand.
- Final work is received with my watermark intact over email.DEADLINES
- Deadline may vary between 3-7-14-28 working days, official count starting from when the sketch is sent to you for approval/depending on complexity and type of commission. Usually I would try to aim for an earlier time and keep it no longer than a month.
- Progress may be delayed depending on how many commissions I take, please be mindful and considerate, I will always update you on where I am at with your commission! :)
I will apologise for any inconvenience and compensate with a partial refund if I take too long when the piece is finished.PAYMENTS/FEES
- 50% at the start, 50% after full work is done! You can pay upfront if you wish :> I cannot facilitate any small installments.
- I only accept payment through Paypal invoice or Revolut. All prices are in EURO currency. Please make the proper conversion ahead of time.
- RUSH FEE; if there is an extremely urgent deadline, you will be charged extra.
- REFUNDS; You cannot back out once you've paid. 80% given back only after sketch, if rendering has began this is invalid. Custom refunds may have to be agreed on depending on the amount of work done. 100% will only be given back if I decide to cancel a commission myself or unforeseen circumstances for either of the parties.
- PRIVACY; an extra €30 will be charged if you do not want me to publish your commission anywhere.

🎀 By contacting me, you are confirming your full interest in my work and have agreed to all my terms and conditions by default!🎀 No last minute backouts please, in respect of my time!
Unless there's urgent circumstances!🎀 If you want to ask questions before commissioning me to make the best decision/consult with me, please title your email as "Query" or "Consultation". I am happy to help! :) Instagram DMs are welcome also (for consulting only, orders are done over email!)🎀 You must send all of the under info to my email ([email protected]) with the subject being "Commission". Please ensure you have an email you can use as it's the easiest communication for me to keep things organised.🎀 Send in info as follows please:
- Your name
- Revolut or Paypal payment
- Your Revolut name or Paypal email or any indication that I know it's you. This is a must!
- Your Deadline (if any)
- Type of Commission (refer to the "Price List" section + please state if commercial)
- Any adds on, extras/Canvas size, Portrait or Landscape
- A selection of high-quality 3-5 references or more
I cannot accept any low quality photos or vague descriptions.
- A detailed description of what you want: fandom, clothes, props, accessories, pose, expression, background, overall mood/environment/concept/visuals, etc.(Please Note: You cannot add anything major once the work is fully finished. Only minor adjustment to be accepted. Provide as many clear details as possible to ensure you get what you want! I only work with what I am given.)
- Please state if you are giving me creative freedom to portray things my way!
