COPYRIGHT
- None of my work is to be reposted without any credits/edited/traced/AI trained/NFT etc.
- You can NOT claim any commissions as your own work, as it is mine.
- I am allowed to repost any commissions and promote them myself, unless it is personal to you and must be stated as such by you.
- You CAN repost your commissioned piece ONLY with credits.
- I have the rights to decline your request if I believe I am not suited to fulfill it as per your needs.
- I can only accept commissions according to my abilities as an artist and my style!
I, Gergana Koleva, the artist, declare full honesty and transparency when working with me. Both parties are protected.WORK PROCESS
- Must check "Order Form" and send all the info to me using that format by email or Instagram DMs.
- Once you have done that, you will get a response within 24 hours if I will take on your request. If yes and both parties are happy, payments and any further private details will be discussed over your preferred communication.
- If for no valid reason, you are not cooperating with me, I will blacklist you.
- Feel free to ask me kindly in moderation for updates! I will make sure to send you ASAP.
- Progress may be delayed depending on how many commissions I take, please be mindful and considerate; Artists are humans :)
I will apologise for any inconvenience and compensate with a partial refund if I take too long when the piece is finished.
- Completion may vary between 3-7-25 working days, starting from when the sketch is sent to you for approval/depending on complexity.
- Major revisions can ONLY be done in the sketch phase. I will not fix anything after full work is done unless you state you want changes beforehand.
If by any respectful circumstances you're partially/fully unhappy with the finished piece, we can discuss free revisions and compensation accordingly.
As the artist, it is my responsibility to ensure you're getting your money's worth, especially with the nature of no refunds.PAYMENTS/FEES
- 50% after sketch, 50% after full work is done! You can pay upfront if you wish :>
- I only accept payment through Paypal or Revolut. All prices are in EURO currency. Please make the proper conversion ahead of time.
- RUSH FEE; if there is an extremely urgent deadline, you will be charged extra.
- REFUNDS; 80% will be given back ONLY AFTER the initial sketch. If colouring/rendering has began, this is invalid. 100% will only be given back if I decide to cancel a commission myself or unforeseen circumstances for either of the parties.
- PRIVACY; an extra €10 will be charged if you do not want me to publish your commission anywhere.

- Blatant NSFW
- Mecha, Gore
- Hyper-Realism
- Old people/Babies
- Non-celebrities
- No abusive/immoral themes
- Exaggerated anatomy

🎀 By contacting me, you are confirming your full interest in my work and have agreed to all my terms by default!🎀 No last minute backouts please, in respect of my time!🎀If you want to ask questions before commissioning me to make the best decision/consult with me, please title your email as "Query" or "Consultation". - Your name
- Revolut or Paypal payment

I may respectfully refuse if it doesn't fulfill my requirements, apologies!
- Type of Commission (refer to the "Price List" section + please state if commercial)
- Any adds on, extras/Canvas size, Portrait or Landscape/Headshot or Halfbody
- A selection of high-quality 3-5 references or more
I cannot accept any low quality photos or vague descriptions.
- A detailed description of what you want: fandom, clothes, props, accessories, pose, expression, background, overall mood/environment/concept/visuals, etc.
- Please provide as many clear details as possible to ensure you get what you want! I only work with what I am given. You cannot add major anything once work is fully finished. Only minor adjustment to be accepted.
- Please state if you are giving me creative freedom to portray things my way!
